Everything feels important. Almost nothing is.

I work with founder-led businesses to find the few changes that will actually move the numbers — then help put them in. Fifteen years across marketing, ecommerce and operations, applied to your business rather than a framework.

Who this is for

Owners running a good business with no time to work on it

Usually one to ten people. Usually the founder still doing sales, quotes, admin and marketing in the same afternoon. If any of this is familiar, we'll get on.

The offer

  • CoversWhere new business comes from, your website and enquiry journey, your existing customer base, the data you hold, and what you can currently measure
  • You getWhat I found, what I'd do first and why, and a 90-day view

  • ThenA session to talk it through. Implementation is quoted separately, if you want it

Findings — rankedExample
  1. Nobody is following up quotes Two-thirds go out and are never chased. Highest-value fix in the business, costs nothing.
  2. You can't see where enquiries come from No tracking in place, so every marketing decision is a guess.
  3. 400 customers haven't ordered in 18 months They already know you. Cheapest revenue available.
  4. Three services aren't on the website People searching for them can't find you.
  5. Quoting eats a day a week Worth automating — but only once the four above are done.
Do the first one. Book the rest in.
How it runs

Five steps, and you're only needed for two of them

  1. CallTwenty minutes. What's going on, and whether I'm any use to you.
  2. DiscoveryAn hour on the business. I'll send questions ahead.
  3. ReviewI go away and do the work. Nothing needed from you.
  4. FindingsWritten up, ranked, with the reasoning.
  5. Talk it throughWhat you do next — with or without me.
What's not included

Worth being clear up front

  • I don't run your marketing month after month
  • I don't sell retainers you can't get out of
  • I won't recommend AI where a checklist would do
  • Implementation is separate, priced once we know what's needed
Who I am

Fifteen years, mostly spent fixing this

I've worked agency-side and client-side across digital marketing, ecommerce, customer journey and commercial strategy — leading teams, running client relationships and being accountable for the numbers rather than the activity.

I've also started a business from scratch and helped build another, so I know what it's like when the person doing the marketing is also the person doing the invoicing.

I'm not a specialist in one channel. I'm useful because I can see across marketing, operations, data and AI at the same time, and tell you which one matters this quarter.
